*Plus £100 set up fee for monthly athletes, no set up fee if paying for 12 months / 6 months.

** All silver and gold packages include an initial start up interview / consultation by phone/Skype/email (as best suits the athlete), goal planning, and your totally individualised training plan tailored to your needs.

***Monthly billing occurs on the 1st of each month, giving 12 billings per year for 13 blocks of 4 weeks, giving each athlete 4 weeks unstructured recovery time at the end of each season. Minimum 3 month commitment.

Silver & Gold coaching packages: require a one month notice period to end your coaching. Monthly payments for silver and gold coaching packages are to be made by bank transfer on the 1st of each month.

An initial triathlon coaching consultation by phone or email will allow us to identify your goals and key events for the season.

We'll identify how much time you have to train, and how it needs to fit with your work and family life. We'll then design a training plan that balances intensity and volume to ensure you get the best return on your training investment.

Advice and guidance

A well designed training plan is only a small part of being coached. The most important part is the relationship between coach and athlete. Our aim is that you'll grow in confidence through the feedback you get after workouts and sessions.

As an triathlete, you get access to your coach through video calls, phone and email, as appropriate.

Your triathlon coach will help you develop strategies that will ensure you get the most out of your improved fitness come race day.  For those taking the leap to their first Ironman triathlon, you'll get complete advice on race selection, duration, nutrition, electrolyte supplementation, pacing strategies, and equipment choices - you'll have our experience as athletes and coaches to call on, and we'll be with you every step of the way.

Your training plan

Your triathlon training plan will be delivered direct to your personal Trainingpeaks account. Arguably the best training software available, Trainingpeaks will allow us to track and chart your progress. GPS, pace, power and HR devices are downloadable directly into the software after you complete a session, allowing your triathlon coach to see all your data. It will produce graphs and charts showing your progression and improvement.

Each triathlon training plan will specify what intensity, pace, and heart rate you should be working at. It will also include details of warm ups, cool downs, main sets, drills and skills work. No more second-guessing yourself, no more wasted training time.

Performance Coaching Expertise

Hoping to qualify for Ironman Hawaii, or to represent your country? Expert Coach Rob Wilby has successfully coached over 20 athletes to qualify for the World Championships at Iron-distance, half-Iron distance, ITU and ETU long course, ITU and ETU olympic and sprint distance championships, at both triathlon and duathlon. He has also coached athletes to scores of AG podiums in AG races across the country and the World.
